Back to School?

Back to school season is right now and I am super excited. The summer makes me super bored and I can’t wait to go to school. I don’t know how I’m going to survive after college.

Learning is one of my biggest passions, good thing I’m planning on being a doctor.
I’m starting my first real college experience at the end of this month, which is crazy to think about. My main social goal this year is to make at least three new friends. In high school, you’re generally surrounded by the same people all the time, but when it comes to moving to a new school, or going to college, you need to expand your social group just a bit.

My main academic goal is to get mostly As because I’m taking some fairly easy classes. I want this first semester in college to be amazing, so I’m going to focus a lot on the social aspect of school, but don’t worry, I’ll also be focusing on the academics.

Another goal I have for the school year is to join a church. Not only is it a spiritual advancement for me, but it is also something that will help advance me into the social aspect of the world. I believe that it’s really important to build a community, and although I have friends, I want my community to be more diverse.

To prepare for the new semester starting, I have gotten a system for me to take notes, so that I only have one notebook. I also plan to work out at the college, so I have bought a bit of work out clothes that I can take with me. I am also planning out a block schedule, which I learned about from one of my favorite blogs, Fun Cheap or Free, you can find it here.

Is there anything that you’re doing to prepare for school?

Lots of Love,

Meghan ❤
